.caravan Brand TLD – Application and Operations

In the 2012 round of Top-Level Domain (TLD) applications, Merchant Law applied for a number of strings, ultimately focusing on .love as a primary TLD.  Though a strong legal frirm, providing best-of-class services in their practice, Merchant Law turned to Rodenbaugh Law to provide legal services specific to the new TLD program, along with guidance in navigating the specific niche world of ICANN and the domain name market.

For the 2012 round of applications for new Top-Level Domains, Punto 2012 were visionaries on a mission, with a goal to shake up the online world by applying for and introducing two groundbreaking generic-top-level domains (gTLDs): .rest and .bar.  To manifest their vision, they turned to Rodenbaugh Law for assistance in writing their application and forming their policies and legal framework.
